• Weight limit for riders is 220 lbs (100 kg).
• Pregnant women and individuals with back problems are not permitted to ride.
• Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
